By our confirmation of your
course you must pay 20% of the total amount. The reminder can be paid
before the course starts or during the first 2 days in cash in the
school. The 20% is non refundable. |

By last minute reservation we cannot guarantee for finding accommodation.
However, last minutes reservations are possible if we have capacity. |

No classes will be given on national holidays
and no money paid back. |

Cancellations is accepted in writing.
We will return full course and
accommodation price minus the 20%. After course start we do not
refund any money. |

We always guarantee courses, but if one person is
alone in class the number of lessons will be reduced. |
